If your fund is going to beneficiary’s bank account or home delivery you don’t need to do anything (Bank deposit and home delivery normally takes 2-10 working days)

Please request your beneficiary (recipient / receiver) to call our toll free help line number 0800-825-98 to confirm closest available UBL branch, ask beneficiary to quote SFX # (at present only 700 UBL branches start live transaction).
1. The beneficiary will fill up the withdrawal slip and will present the Original CNIC with copy of CNIC.
2. If the beneficiary feel any problem they can referred to our CSM (Customer Service Manager) of the same branch
3. If the beneficiary is unable to get money from any of UBL branch then they can contact at our help line number which is 0800-825-98 from our UBL branch so that our support team can arrange to conduct the transaction at head office level.
4. Please ask beneficiary do not left UBL branch without concerning CMS or contacting our help line number.
We request you to coordinate with our support team as this product is new.
